hi. im trying to play on an internet cafe. after i successfully downloaded the client tried to log in it's just a black screen with the background music on. i saw a post that says to change the desktop screen resolution and restarting the client but it still didnt work. tried to redownload the client a couple of times but still a black screen. any tips?

I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Could you please try the following:

• Install the latest version of .NET Framework
  
• Put all PRO Files in a folder and not directly in your drive. Please attach screenshot of folder path if it doesn't fix it.
  
• Delete all your PRO Files and reinstall the new client found HERE
  
• Restart your computer
  
• Run the program as Administrator
  
• Disable your Firewall and Reinstall.

i did everything you told me. .net framework is the latest version, tried to delete everything and redownloaded the client, ran the program as admin, had to ask permission from the cafe to tried to disable the firewall and tried again, still didnt work. files are in the downloads folder. still just a black screen after logging in. it doesnt even show the usual loading screen, it's just black with the background music on.
