Beat E4 for nothing?

Hello

 

I'm not really sure if I am at the right place here, but I just beat the e4 in Kanto, was back talking to the prof in pallet town, left pallet town and then the game froze. i logged out and back in, only to be back in front of the e4 with all my potions gone etc. is there a way to get me back to pallet town as the champ?

I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, as stated in Before Making A Support Topic:

Some times when the game crashes/stuck, you might lose your a bit of your progress. Keep in mind that game is in BETA and crashes can happen any time. You will not be given anything you lost in a rollback/crash/stuck as it's responsibility. We are so sorry for your case, however, it will not have any action go further for your case.

As stated by the quote, you will not be refunded the potions you lost due to a rollback. It would be unfair to the other players that have ask for the same and accepted their losses.

Rollbacks usually occur when new information is gained, but isn't properly saved. This usually occurs in cases of a server crash. You can find more information about being hit by a rollback here.

 

If it wasn't a server crash you experienced, could you have a look at these guides to see if they resolve your crash issues:

A few points you could follow to see if they resolve your crash issues are:

 

  • Check if your drivers are up-to-date
  • Run in Compatibility Mode
  • Clear out the Cache
  • Add Firewall Exceptions

In the case that you were removed due to a scheduled downtime, you usually are informed, via a server message that is sent to everyone, that the servers will be down in 10 mins and that you will need to logout. Another way of being informed is by being in the Official PRO Discord where they announce when the servers will be taken down. In the event of long downtimes, there may be a compensation as an apology for the delay.

If you wish to regain the money for the Potions you have lost, try to do Digspots (3 Days Cooldown), Trainers (7 Days Cooldown)/Bosses (12 Days Cooldown), and hunting and trading players their desired Pokemon or Items for money.
