As i stated in the post you made in the RESTORE MEGATHREAD , i've already recovered your Wingull and it should be in the last slots of your PC.

Can you please check that?

 

Also, refrain to make multiple post/threads about the same topic and remember that recover request must be posted only in the RESTORE MEGATHREAD
