I'm fine with it being my OT also not sure if it makes a difference but the pokemon ID also changed forgot to include that in my post.

Hi there. In that case, I will leave the Rotom as is. As for the ID Number, that actually isn't a bug, but rather is supposed to happen because when you turned your Rotom into a Rotom-Wash, it was respawned as a Rotom-Wash and therefore had a different ID.
