† INTRO †

 

 

Hello PRO Community, I'm Nero River (the creator of New WORLD Guild).

New WORLD team was created at November 6, 2015 by 3 members (Nero River, Prime & Lady), but it was only created in PRO at December 04, 2018 and I decided to delete the guild in PRO. But I create again in August 07, 2019.

 

 

 

† INFORMATIONS †

 

 

We do not have any objective as professionals, although the team is focused on only high level players, the New WORLD was created for hobby, to bring videos, championships and events of the games League of Legends and Pokémon.

 

The team is originally from Brazil, but since 2016 we are recruiting players from other countries as long as they understand English (the main language).

 

The team is a family, so we should trust all members.

 

We do not focus on being TOP 1, not even on the ladder, we just want high level players who have respect and a good personality.

† RULES †

 

1. Respect all guild members.

 

2. In-game BOT is not allowed, in case a guild member is caught using in-game BOT, it will be directly banned from the guild.

 

3. Racism, homophobia and xenophobia act in the guild is not allowed.

 

4. If a player has an interest in joining the guild, is necessary must contact one of our members who must inform an OFFICER or LEADER in order to perform the recruitment test.

 

5. Toxic acts by members of NewWORLD guild shall not be allowed, unless a some player has initiated the provocation without reason, in this case the player who has been offended shall communicate with the STAFF of the guild.

 

6. A ranked PvP battle is not allowed among members of the guild, in order to avoid this type of problem, players must notify in the game guild chat that are in QUEUE (Q), after finding an opponent, the same should warn that found [GET MATCH (G) or Found (F)].

 

7. If a member wants to enter a ranked match but another player is in QUEUE (Q) and has not yet found (he did not say he has found), he should count down to 10 (10-1) and after that he may enter the QUEUE (Q), unless the other player who was in QUEUE (Q) warn that he has not yet found it.

 

8. After entering the QUEUE (Q), it is required that you stay in the guild chat until you find the match and notify in the chat you found.

If a member of NewWORLD guild found another member, both members needs to waiting finish the timer of choose a Pokémon that will start the battle. (Both players cannot click at "READY" buton).

 

9. If a member leaves the guild once time, he cannot return to the guild.

† RECRUITMENT TEST †

 

[Requirements]

 

 

- 15+ years old.

- Discord (required), instagram (optional) or facebook (optional) for contact.

- Understand the ENGLISH or PORTUGUESE language.

 

 

[General Information]

 

A. Recruitment Form: Submit your recruitment form in our discord server in the "recruiting-pokemon-chat" area or here (in this topic).

 

B. Recruitment: Now you start your test! During the period of your test request until the end of the voting, you should show all your in-game skill and your interest for surprise the members who will be evaluating you, each member votes, so try to demonstrate to everyone your potential and your chances of passing will increase!

 

C. Final Stage - Voting: After the end of the third part of the test, the NewWORLD members will have 3 days to carry out the voting.

Obs: Votes can be POSITIVE, NULL & NEGATIVE.

 

The recruit must achieve 100% approval to join the team.

 

After the results are announced, if you are approved:

 

- Your full access is available in our discord;

- Addition to the New World Member List (In-Game, YouTube Channel, Facebook Page and Discord Server with NewWORLD member tag);

 

- Participation with the team name in Pokémon tournaments.

 

If you fail, the re-test can done after 1 month after the first order.

 

Obs: As soon as a player fill the form here in the forum, he will receive the LINK of the discord server of New WORLD.

 

 

[RECRUITMENT TEST]

 

The test is very simple for those who want to join the New World team!

 

The recruit will have to show interest, determination and show for all members who will test him / her throughout his / her skill in the game and prove that he / she is ready to join the team!

 

The test is divided into 4 parts.

 

 

[PART 1]

 

The first part of the test is the following: Evaluate the recruitment sheet of the recruit, in order to discover their character, test the recruit's interest, evaluate their personal side and have the first impressions about the recruit.

 

 

[PART 2]

 

The second part of the test is as follows: Test the recruit's interest and evaluate their game mode.

 

The recruit's interest is very important so he should search to all members of the New World team.

 

When the recruitment form is posted by the recruit, some members will respond to it. However, the recruit has to be attentive. It is these members who should be sought after, and you who are in the test should look for them and show their interest to them by inviting them to play and explain how your test works.

 

The recruit will have a week to look for all these members.

 

 

[PART 3]

 

The third part of the test is as follows: Play together with the New World team, aiming to test it to see if it fits well with the players and see if they are at the team level.

 

The rookie will play a series of internal PvPs against members of the NWL team, so show your best to team members!

 

 

[PART 4 - FINAL]

 

In the latter part, the recruit must show their live game style to NWL team members, ie, start a ranked battle, either in any Pokémon game (PRO or Showdown) and ask members to watch it.

 

To be approved, the recruit must achieve at least 100% of the positive votes. (Yes, 100%. We dont wanna see discussions between members).
