Hello there!

 

If you have difficulty challenging the Hannah boss, might I recommend catching and evolving a Lightning Rod Goldeen?

Defeat her Houndoom and have whatever is your first Pokemon be defeated by Hannah's second Pokemon, Machamp. Then send out your Lightning Rod Seaking, which Machamp will continually use Thunder Punch on, allowing you to use set-up moves like Agility. After you feel you are properly set-up, Seaking should KO all, if not most, of Hannah's Pokemon.
