I'm sorry for the inconvenience experienced.

I would like to inform you that we are currently working on a way to give another chance to players to catch Manaphy if it has been killed or a disconnection/crash has been experienced.

Once this option will be added, you will simply have to fight and defeat the boss Nikola that you can find in the Unknown Place, in the TRAINER VALLEY

 

Unfortunately, i cannot give you an estimated time for when this will happen, but you can stay tuned on the #announcements channel of our OFFICIAL PRO DISCORD for further announcements.

 

About the connection, it may have been an issue on your end. If you should experience frequently disconnections, you may want to try to reset/restart your router or internet connection and in case call your provider. If that was an error on our end, we're sorry about that but unfortunately our servers stability isn't perfect, but we are always working and trying to improve it.
