I'm sorry for the inconvenience experienced. However, i was not able to replicate the error.

Is it possible that you experienced a disconnection or a crash? If that happened after a crash on our end, please do note that we're always trying to improve our server stability, but it isn't perfect and can sometimes still result to a crash. Instead, if it was an error on your end, you may want to troubleshoot your hardware and check your connection.

 

Anyway, unfortunately i cannot refund you of your loss because this would be unfair towards all the players that accepted their loss due to a bug.

I'm sorry to disappoint you but i hope you can understand.
