I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

I would like to inform you that if your Pokémon has reached the level 100 and therefore you are not able to evolve it anymore, you can request a delevel in our thread EVOLUTION & DELEVELING REQUEST MEGATHREAD.

Anyway there are some exceptions to that. Take note that if the Pokémon you are talking about is one that evolve through happiness or by having a specific move, you can still evolve it, even if it is level 100, by fighting a wild Pokémon making sure to meet the requirements for the evolution (daytime, happiness, specific move).
