I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

Unfortunately, i'm sorry to inform you that there is not a command/npc or any other way to check when the active lending will expire.

Take note that once you select the lending mode in the trade gui, you are able to see the time selected. Taking in consideration the time selected, you can know when it will expire.

However, if you are interested, you are able to make a suggestion in the following sub-forum : SUGGESTIONS SUB-FORUM.
