I am sorry for the trouble, unfortunately if you do not either catch Manaphy regularly or catch it after defeating Nikola you may never have another chance to catch it. Currently there is no estimated time for when the event will end or if it will ever return in the future so as of now this event may be the only time you can ever catch it

 

We cannot reset the cool down of your Nikola boss timer nor can we reset your Manaphy Questline. You will have to remain patient until your nikola boss timer is up
