I'm sorry for the inconvenience you are experiencing. Unfortunately, Rotom can no longer evolve in designated routes like it used to.

 

Rotom now evolves by taking over certain appliances like in the real games. Below I have the locations names of where you can find boxes which contain different appliances for evolving your Rotom.

 

You simply have to go in one of the following locations, interact with the boxes and choose the form of Rotom you prefer.

Celadon Mart 2

Goldenrod Mart 3

Lilycove Department Store 4F

Veilstone Department Store 1F

 

PLEASE NOTE: That each Appliance corresponds to a different form of Rotom. They are as follows:

Recall = Base Rotom

Microwave Oven = Rotom-Heat

Washing Machine = Rotom-Wash

Refrigerator = Rotom-Frost

Electric Fan = Rotom-Fan

Lawnmower = Rotom-Mow
