Hello. When pikachu lv up, i forgot move playnice to learn move quickattack, but playnice still there. I can't learn move quickattack. Is there a way to fix it?

You are able to find the Move Relearner NPC in the following locations:

Kanto - Cerulean City; Saffron City; Tutor Heaven

Johto - Goldenrod City; Blackthorn City

Hoenn - Slateport City marketplace; Sootopolis City

Sinnoh - Snowpoint City and Hearthome City
