I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

I would like to inform you that it seems like you have activated a Small Membership of 15 days and a Mini Membership of 3 day, and you didn't activate any 30 days membership.

Keep in mind that the 3 days membership you have activated recently is expire and it doesn't give 30 days of membership, but just 3 as the description says.

Since you've bought your 15 Days around the 13-14th December and activated the 3 days one too, the fact your membership expired today/yesterday would correspond to that.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot gift or refund you anything as there was not any loss and you just activated a 3 days thinking it was a 30 days one.
