Elitexbambi Posted January 6, 2019 Share Posted January 6, 2019 i was in sinnoh and beat it now after that the merge account thing happen it reset my game to palet town and i had to get all the badges back i got the johto now but before this update i was able to have access to my sinnoh pokes and now i cant take them out my pc or my poke slots. Hello there, @ElitexBambi Sorry for the inconvenience you are experiencing. However, we cannot do anything to correctly merge your account, because you completed a Trade in Silver server. This is a line from our MERGE FAQ, on "Issues FAQ" category: Q: I accidentally chose the wrong main server and now all my gym badges are missing! A: This is why we added a confirmation box to ensure that players would select their proper server. However, staff can assist and unmerge your account if you chose the wrong server as main; note however that this offer is only valable once and exclusively if you never traded on Silver server. In the worst case scenario, you will need to do your story quest over again, but you should have kept your Pokemon and items. I'm afraid you will have to progress through story once again, to catch up with your account before the merge. Once again, sorry for the inconvenience. It would be advised to read the instructions thoroughly and step by step before acting, so that you avoid being involved in cases like this one.
