I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I was not able to replicate the error and i could teah my Ampharos the move Flatter, through Egg Move Tutor, without any issue. Could you please try the following procedure and see if it fixes your error: Delete all the PRO Files that you have (.zip and remaining files too). Then download CCLEANER and run it to make sure to delete anything else. Restart your computer/device Download again the game from HERE Please, let me know if you have been successful in solving your issue and if you have any further questions. Have a wonderful day !
