When choosing moves in a battle I was getting stuck on this screen for 5 seconds whenever this happened ( about 6 times over the course of my hour on) and one time I got stuck for what seemed to be forever until I re logged. The door to my left was sparkling the whole time so my game wasn't froze. While a simple re log did fix the issue I just wanted to bring this to attention in case other have the issue or if it is just the game and not a problem from my end.

I would like to apologize for the inconvenience experienced.

As we have informed through our social media, we have recently changed the server host. Unfortunately, as stated on our OFFICIAL PRO DISCORD, these are the first days with servers open and therefore issues may be experienced at any moment. We highly suggest therefore to not try BOSS or PVP (and similar) until the servers will be stable.

Please, do note that the server is in BETA and we're always trying to improve our server stability, but it isn't perfect and can sometimes still result to a crash.

 

In your case, you simply get disconnected from the game but the client do not kick you out. We are aware of the issues related to these freezes and disconnections and we are working on to fix them

 

Take note that, unfortunately, if you should lose any progress we cannot refund you as it would be unfair to others who accepted their losses due to crashing, regardless of our end or theirs.

Therefore, as stated above, avoid to join pvp battles or boss battles.

Some times when the game crashes/stuck, you might lose your a bit of your progress. Keep in mind that game is in BETA and crashes can happen any time. You will not be given anything you lost in a rollback/crash/stuck as it's responsibility. Please take the time to read the following thread Hit by a rollback. We are so sorry for your case, however, it will not have any action go further for your case.
