Hello

I just wanted to know suppose we bought Membership. If there is a server crash or sever goes offline for maintenance (for example 3 days) do we get extension of 3 days in our membership time???

Thank you

If the server is down for numerous days membership will be extended to cover the days missed. It's also possible that players could receive bonus days due to the unfortunate situation. Of course this will take place once we go live, during the testing phase player data isn't a concern hence the reason wipes occur frequently.

Do not contact staff members for private support. Share the question on the forums due to being of use to others. Please use proper forum. Unsolicited messages will be trashed. Thanks.
