Merge server issue, account khoakhoakhoa

I have my account khoakhoakhoa over 500hrs in 2016 in Blue Sever. Today, I am back to game and see that, we need to merge sever. after merging, I can not log in my account to Silver Sever but can log it with that account on Gold sever. I dont know what hapen to my accound. Please help me

Hii Khoax,

After merging the servers you need to change your PRO Account password HERE for continue playing & make sure that you change it in the dashboard of PRO and not anywhere else. And you can check the merge FAQ for More Details about server merging.

Q: I've already merged both my Red and Blue account but I'm still getting an "Invalid Password" error! What do I do?!

A: If you have already merged your data for the Silver server and get an "Invalid Password" error when logging in, please go ahead and change your password here, ensuring that it is alphanumerical.

Hello there! I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

 

As stated above by arlon, you will need to reset your password in the DASHBOARD, make sure you don't change it anywhere else and have alpha-numericals in the password. You can find common merge errors HERE.
