Tried to go to Sinnoh and now can't log into the server

I beat Hannah a couple days ago and waited for a friend to beat her which happened today. I've experienced rollbacks in between then and now but I don't think one happened when I beat her. When I went to go to Sinnoh she asked for a huntail and I logged off and closed the client to see if that would fix the issue and now cannot log back onto the (silver) server.

 

Edit: I can log in but Hannah is still un-beaten

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

I would like to inform you that i've checked your account and it seems like you've to battle Hannah again as you may have hitted by a rollback due to a crash/disconnection.

As we have informed through our social media, we have recently changed the server host. Unfortunately, as stated on our OFFICIAL PRO DISCORD, these are the first days with servers open and therefore issues may be experienced at any moment. We highly suggest therefore to not try BOSS, PVP, Catching Legendary Pokémon (and similar) until the servers will be stable.

Please, do note that the server is in BETA and we're always trying to improve our server stability, but it isn't perfect and can sometimes still result to a crash.

 

Unfortunately, i cannot teleport/refund you or help you with beating her as it would be unfair to the other players that experienced a crash/disconnection/roll back and accepted the loss of their progress.

 

To continue with the the quest you will have to beat her again. I'm sorry to disappoint you but i hope you can understand.
