Lost manaphy again because of client lag

This morning I saw that the manaphy, that was lost during the server crashes before, respawnd and I started cathing it. I bought 200 pokeballs and after 110 pokeballs the client crashed and I had to log out and than log in, to be able to continue with the game. This problem happens a lot, usually at night but it happend now and I can't get the manahphy again and I wasted 110 pokeballs. Could you please help me somehow?

I'm sorry for the inconvenienice.

I would like to inform you that if you have experienced a disconnection, like in your case, while battling Manaphy then you cannot simply rebattle it just after relogging, as that is an option we added for the times when only the server crash.

If you would like to have another chance to catch Manaphy you will have to fight Nikola and beat him. Nikola can be found in the Unknown Place, located in the Trainer valley.

Take note that, unfortunately, i am unable to respawn Manaphy for you because it would be unfair towards all the players that accepted the fact they had to fight Nikola in order to respawn the Legendary Pokémon they wanted to catch after a disconnection.

Well first of all I don't think it was the fault of my connection because it's really fine. My internet works really fine. If it was a problem with the client, because this happens sometimes, I have to relog and than I can play further. I don't think it's fair that I didn't get the chance to throw my other pokeballs and try cathing it, because I had no connection problems. I understand that the server has problems and I never complain if I get disconnected or the server crashes ( I had to do Mt. Pyre 4 times because of crashes but did not complain) but this time I lost a cool christmas pokemon, because the client has problems. I wasted 110 pokeballs and didn't get anything. I would even throw the master ball if it means I have to catch it, but now I cant and yet I gave you proof of the bug. It would be unfair if I didn't had enough pokeballs to catch it or I got disconnected, but it was not like that. Thank you.
