For all we know it could have been overloaded and nobody has seen it yet. The company is pretty small. So it could take time to reset everything. There's a ton of info so backing up the database could take a while as well. Or maybe they are asleep and don't know. They should sign up for a web service that alerts them when it's down. The team is working on new updates and amazing things are to come soon. Given that we are in LIVE BETA the game is still under development. Crashes and bugs are expected to happen any moment.
