I can no longer find the move inheritor in the daycare centers. What happened to the move inheritors? The Pre-evolution Move Tutors, that is. Where are they? Are they still supposed to be in the daycare center, because I have talked to everyone inside the daycare center and no move inheritor. And I can't seem to enter the daycare from above anymore.

Hey there!

 

You can find the Pre-Evolution Move Tutors in the Kanto and Sinnoh daycare centers. In order to get to that tutor, enter the area to the right of the daycare center by walking behind the staff of said center. It will warp you to the Tutor.
