The reason why both of you cannot enter the game is because both servers are being restarted. In order to keep yourselves tuned and up-to-date, you are invited to join PRO's Official Discord Server, and keep an eye on #announcements channel. Unfortunately, there's no ETA (Estimated Time on Arrival) on when the servers will be up and running, so please, remain patient in the meantime.
