Does anyone know how to evolve rotom to Rotom-wash??

Hey there!

 

I am sorry for the inconvenience that was caused. The process of changing Rotom-Forms was changed not too long ago, you now do not have to evolve them in special areas. In order to change the form of your Rotom, visit either Celadon Mart 2, Goldenrod Mart 3, Lilycove Dep. Store 4F or Veilstone Dep. Store 1F. Feel free to also check out the following screenshot for the available forms.
