Just started the game tonight. After logging in, it opened to professor oak's intro the dialogue and got cut off half way w/o showing me the customization screen and sent me straight to the server screen.

 

I thought maybe I had pressed something so after just double checking the character creation didn't come after joining a server and meeting mom and oak, I went ahead and made a new account with another email (this account).

 

This time I didn't press anything and it still cut off mid sentence and sent me straight to the server screen.

 

Idk, I hope you guys can help me.

I also had the same issue on the android client as well. I got to the customization screen but after clicking an arrow twice it would kick me to the server screen as well. Needless to say very tedious to go through to do it.

Yeah idk it's weird, I'm on the windows client and I never even made it to the customization screen :/

I would like to inform you that this is a rare bug that may be experienced.

However, if you have not started yet your adventure and you're yet at the start, we can offer you an account reset that should be helpful to solve your issue.

Yes please reset my account. I stopped playing after my second attempt.
