Snicket18 Posted January 14, 2019 Share Posted January 14, 2019 I just created an account, but when I loaded the game and signed in, it skipped immediately forward and I ended up learning that I missed out on customization for my character. I didn't see anything that could help or assist me with fixing this, but my friend suggested an account reset will fix this. Is there anyway I can get some assistance? However, if you have not started yet your adventure and you're yet at the start, we can offer you an account reset that should be helpful to solve your issue. Are you interested in resetting your progress, taking in consideration it will totally reset your progress, in order to solve this issue about the character customization? Another problem seems to be occuring now, it allows me to login and get to the customization screen but after 5seconds it will bump back out to the login screen and force me to resign in. Once I sign in, it seems to be holding the customize options but it returns to the custom screen and then bumps out after 5 seconds again, repeating this process. I can't get through all of the different custom options however for my character because of this, as five seconds isn't enough time to view the character as it spins around. Is that normal? Or should I keep trying to work through the customization screen to see if it keeps trying to boot me once that's completed? I would like to inform you that, as a way to solve this issue, i can offer you a Magic Mirror which is an item that permit you to customize your character while in game. Therefore, you can rush the customization of your character and change it later through this item. Could you please tell me which is your main server where you would like to play?
