Lost 3 skarmory at route 113 due to zombie disconnection. 3 of em were potential Careful nature since a sync careful abra was used. Also lost abt 5 or more ultra balls as well as master balls. Mayb abt 7 normal pokeballs gone

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

I would like to apologize for the inconvenience experienced.

As we have informed through our social media, we have recently changed the server host. Unfortunately, as stated on our OFFICIAL PRO DISCORD, these are the first days with servers open and therefore issues may be experienced at any moment. We highly suggest therefore to not try BOSS or PVP (and similar) until the servers will be stable.

Please, do note that the server is in BETA and we're always trying to improve our server stability, but it isn't perfect and can sometimes still result to a crash.

 

Unfortunately we cannot refund you of any of your lost Pokémon because you didn't catch them but just found them in a battle, or they didn't have an ID, and it would be unfair to other players that accepted the loss of their progress due to crashing, regardless of our end or theirs.

Lost by crash issues (Including disconnections and rollbacks)

 

Some times when the game crashes/stuck, you might lose your a bit of your progress. Keep in mind that game is in BETA and crashes can happen any time. You will not be given anything you lost in a rollback/crash/stuck as it's responsibility. Please take the time to read the following thread Hit by a rollback. We are so sorry for your case, however, it will not have any action go further for your case.

 

About your Master Ball, could you please provide any evidence of your loss? If that is a video, you can upload it on youtube and then post it here.
