Hi, I am a returning player and I lost my old account so I made a new account. I was not able to customize at first, it just started me bald with no jacket or backpack. Finally I was able to, however while I searched through the options, it frequently kicked me out and I had to go through oaks whole speech over and over. After his speech, it brings me back to customize and the things I had set would still be there. its very odd.

 

Also, it won't go full screen anymore and buttons on the bottom of the window won't work. Please help.

About the customization character, I would like to inform you that this is a rare bug that may be experienced.

However, if you have not started yet your adventure and you're yet at the start, we can offer you an account reset that should be helpful to solve your issue.
