for example today i was buying rare candies and i had 3 people private message me that were looking to sell so i told them what city i was in a i bought it off of one guy who was already there but the others got really mad and said it was reportable but i dont understand how to avoid running into this problem again please advice??? am i supposed to only accept one private message ??

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

I would like to inform you that, quoting our TRADE RULES:

4. When a deal has been agreed upon, by both parties, you can not go back on it. A deal is done once both price and location of the trade are agreed upon., or an insta price is met

 

That means that once the deal has been made and the price/location has been decided, if you refuse to follow/respect them you can be reported as you're breaking the trade rules of the game.

About how to avoid to find yourself in such a situation, simply avoid to make multiple deals if you know you cannot follow/respect them. Just contact one person per time or make sure you are able to follow/respect all the agreement and deals made.
