I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

Could you please tell me which items you're trying to send to your friend? Also, are you sure that you're filling all the fields in the mailbox / letter? Every single one must be filled.

In case this should not work yet, could you please take a screenshot/video of when you you're trying to do that and attach it in this thread.
