Character Customization Issue

I just made a new account and spawned in bald with no option to customize. I saw on this forum that other people with the same issue just asked for a reset on the account, was wondering if I could get one to please. By the way, this happened on gold server

Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. This is a common bug that affects new accounts and is currently being looked into. However, there is no estimated time as to when this bug will be fixed. Nevertheless, you can keep an eye out in our Official PRO Discord for updates regarding PRO.

 

Unfortunately, we've changed our procedure with regards to this bug and we will simply be mailing you a Magic Mirror to address this issue. A Magic Mirror gives you the option to customize your character once again, much like the customization at the start of the game. To obtain the mailed Mirror, you'll have to open your mailbox. Usually, there is one in every city. Afterwards, there should be a message inside. Open it and at the bottom, you should see "Attached Items". Simply clicking on the item will put it in your inventory. Do note that you cannot open the mailbox until you have completed the 4th gym, which can be found in Celadon.
