Sorry for the inconvenience. I'm afraid to tell you that you need to create a new account if you wish to restart from the beginning. As stated in the Game Rules:

2. Each person is allowed a maximum of four owned accounts. You may only have one account per email.

 

You are free to create a maximum of 4 accounts, just try not to go over this limit.

 

There is a Name Change and Account Reset thread, however the service has been closed since. You can check the thread to see what requirements you will need in order to reset your account for the future. You can also come to our PRO Official Discord and check our #announcements to see if there will be any news in relation to the Account Reset service being reopened.
