Just a simple question, I just came back from vacations and it seems like I went 1st on the Christmas Raffle Event (IGN: Cartiboule). But did I receive the rewards or do I need to contact somebody in particular to get them ?

    To start off I would like to say congratulations on placing 1st. To address your question. Currently we have not given out the rewards to the winners of the Christmas Raffle Event.

     

    However this does not mean you won't receive your reward. You will receive an In-Game notifications when you have been rewarded.
