Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience but unfortunately, we do not offer de-evolution services due to the technical restraints of our tools. In the future, you can have your pokemon hold an everstone to prevent it from evolving. You can get one from completing quests with the Quest Master in Blackthorn City's Dragon Club. You also have a 7% chance of getting them in the wild from the following pokemon at the following locations:
