Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. I've gone over and checked and it seems as if you did have a Master Ball at some point, however no longer have it. Unfortunately, our tools are rather limited and we cannot specify how you actually lost the Master Ball. You are indeed correct about not losing it to the Heatran Quest and you also didn't trade it away, nor put it on your pokemon.

 

With that, there are only two ways that you could've lost it: You accidentally used it or you accidentally trashed it in the past. You unfortunately can't simply lose an item out of nowhere. Therefore unfortunately, we cannot refund your Master Ball as these two ways are the only ways you could've lost it. It'd also be unfair to others who have accepted their losses due to accidents in the past.
