I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

I would like to inform you that, unfortunately, there is no way to challenge again the elite four as it is intended to fight them only once in order to complete the regions.

About Lance, the only Lance Boss that you can refight is the one in the Dragon Shrine, that has 12 days of cooldown.

In order to access the dragon shrine you have to meet the following requirements, quoting our guide : HOW TO ACCESS SPECIFIC AREAS

• 150 evolved data
  
• At least one Dragon lvl 100 in your team
  

 

 

If you are interested on leveling your Pokémon, the suggested places are the following and you can access them by checking our HOW TO ACCESS SPECIFIC AREAS

• Cerulean Cave > Dragons Shrine > Dragons Den > Mount Silver > Victory Road
  

It is also suggested to not early evolve your Pokémon as they require more experience after being evolved.
