Administrator Shinohara Posted January 25, 2019 Administrator Share Posted January 25, 2019 When I am Playing PRO the wild pokemon battle music and city music is out of sync please what will i do Hi @ArunKenny I'm sorry for the inconvenience experienced. Could you please try the following and see if it solves your issue: Delete all the PRO Files that you have (.zip and remaining files too). Then download CCLEANER and run it to make sure to delete anything else. Restart your computer/device Download again the game from HERE If you have not been able to solve your issue, could you please provide a video of the error in order to make me have a better understanding of the issue? Looking forward to your reply, have a wonderful day ! Administrator Shinohara Posted January 26, 2019 Administrator Share Posted January 26, 2019 Using CCleaner will delete any registeries of PRO am i right Hi @ArunKenny I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I would like to inform you that CCLEANER must be used only after having manually deleted all the PRO clients and files, as it it useful to delete only the REMAINING one. It is really useful to delete files such as "temporary files" and little things that may remain undeleted or that you cannot see but that could create issues. Let me know if you have been able to solve your issue and if you have any further questions. Have a wonderful day !
