Hi! I envolved my roselia to roserade after her learn all moves. I could go to re-learned and my moves were there before the last update version. But i talked with the re-learned this morning and now i have only 5 or 6 moves, only Roserade's moves. But my pre-moves just disappear.

Roserade has a lower move pool than Rosalia. Roserade movepool , click it and check the moves it can learn by leveling up.

Same goes with arcanine or ludicolo. Make sure you got every move before you evole your pokemon!

That's normal. you can't relearn any moves from Roselia, it's just like in the original games. you'll have to check if you got every move and than evolve next time.
