i was battling to cynthia in battle tower i used one item once and it was going smooth and next moment i tried to scroll the bag but i cant it was like the scroll was fixed and cant be moved

I'm sorry for the inconvenience experienced.

Unfortunately, i was not able to replicate the error. Could you please attach a video of the error?

Do also note that if you should experience again the issue you may want to try the following procedure:

1. Delete all the PRO Files that you have (.zip and remaining files too). Then download CCLEANER and run it to make sure to delete anything else.
   
2. Restart your computer/device
   
3. Download again the game from HERE
   

Once again, let me know if you experience again the issue and please provide an evidence so i'll be able to forward it to the relevant parties.
