Its fine, I have to review the entire auction once again if someone reports it. I clearly see a fault here with the timing. The pokemon will be moved to the legit winner with the highest bid in the end.

After reviewing the auction, it started at Jan 31, 2019 6:12 Gmt +0 with 8m start bid from Darkvader as you can see.
