Hello, i went thru Team Rocket basement, defeated Gio and got the Silph scope, but I've check all the machines and there is no Eevee to give back to the officer guy... cant progress with game with out it. Please help

I am sorry for the inconvenience that you are experiencing. To address your issue down below I have added pictures of all the possible places that the Eevee may spawn in the team rocket hideout.

Please not that There are 3 Receptors where Eevee could be on B4F, which is the same floor as Giovanni. The other two receptors are on floor B3F.
