What have you done before the problem was there?

I go in the casino for continue the game , a rocket grunt see me for teleport me in the little prison cell but at the same moment i move to the exit and after this i can't move my character

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

A admin or gamemaster teleport me in Poké center but i can't move.

i had the bug, tried to restart but i can't connect to the server now....
