I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

I would like to inform you that i've forwarded your issue to our Developer that will look into it to see if that's a bug and that can be fixed or not.

Unfortunately, i cannot give you an estimated time for when the investigation will be finished, please be patient in the while and remember that PRO Staff are volunteers and act in their own time.
