Hi @Mcstick I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I would like to inform you that, unfortunately, in order to access the bike path you need a Bike, which you can obtain by paying 60k + a Bike Voucher, which you can obtain by trading a OT Ditto to the NPC in the house next to the Vermilion City Pokecenter.
