rare candies disappeared

Hi,

 

I was about to use some rare candies I had in my bag (about 6 or 7 as far as I remember) and I realized they are gone.

 

Can anyone help me with this? is this an expected behavior?

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

Could you please tell me what did you do before they disappeared? Is it possible that you used them due to a mistake?

Also, Is it possible that you have started the Heatran Quest?

For sure I know I didn't use them, I've been collecting them on my journey through Kanto so I could use them to prepare for the Elite 4.

 

As far as I know, I cannot start the Heatran Quest with my current progress in the game, is that correct?

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

I checked your account and it seems like you currently have 3 rare candies on your account. Unfortunately, i'm sorry to inform you that if you have collected the said rare candies in different days it is impossible to lose them as even if there would be a crash that would involve a rollback, it could not rollback days of progress but it would affect just some minute as your data gets saved frequently during your gameplay.

The only option available is the fact you used them through a mistake, or you obtained all of them at once in a single moment and then the server crashed rollbacking your progress, but even in that case we could not recover them as it would be unfair to those who accepted the loss of their progress due to crashing, regardless of on our end or theirs.
