Hey I just want to ask if there's a way to teach him shift gear? If no can it be added for him?

Genesect with Shift Gear seems to be an event move only, given by a certain event in Japan, where the player was rewarded with a Shiny Genesect with Blaze kick, Extremespeed and Shift Gear. It does not learn the move by any normal means lvl nor egg moves.
