What have you done before the problem was there?

There was no issue EVER with downloading anything.

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

Uninstall the downloaded client, and reinstall.

 

Description and Message

I have a Macbook Pro Retina but I am having issues downloading and specifically extracting the downloaded files (From Pokemon-Revolution) website. The Pokeball icon for the downloaded subject-matter just bounces on my dock, but never actually opens. I have to force-quite it every time. I would love to be a paying member, but I just cannot even start the client. Any help would be great!

That is what I am using now, and the Pokeball just bounces to no end on my dock. :/ VERY frustrating. Any other suggestions?

I know what worked for me,

 

go into finder

click downloads

hold down CONTROL and click PROMAC 93
