Hi, today when I tried to boot up the game, it kept telling me that the connection to the gold server was lost even if the server is available. I tried connecting to the silver server and it takes me to the whole Oak introduction. I was almost exiting Mt. Moon last time I played, so it is a lot to lose.

Gold server is down at the moment. They will notify us on discord, once it is fixed :)

I would like to say thank you for your patience in awaiting a response! To address your issue, I would like to say your account has not been lost.

 

However, as @ztaziz stated above, currently the servers are down due to a server outage. Unfortunately there is no estimated time for when the server will be back up.

 

You can join the Pro Official Discord for live updates as to when the server will be back up.
