To begin with, I'd like to thank you for reporting this to us. After testing it personally, Stomping Tantrum indeed does not have doubled damage (150 BP) against moves that failed, as it should. It is forwarded to the appropriate staff members so that it gets fixed. However, I'm afraid there's no ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) on that. Stay tuned in Update Logs to keep yourself updated on the matter.
